What happens in a session?
Each session is tailored to the individual needs of the child, using structured movement activities that encourage learning through play. Classes may include obstacle courses, balance exercises, climbing, crawling, jumping, sensory-rich movement activities, gymnastics-inspired skills, and calming cool-down routines. Our coaches provide clear instructions, patient guidance, and positive encouragement to help every child feel safe, engaged, and successful.
